LeapFrog Connect is a free to download companion software for LeapFrog products developed by LeapFrog Enterprises for Microsoft Windows and Mac OSX operating systems. It's a good toy and it's going to waste because I can't reset the personalization. I've been trying to do the same but finally found the answer on leapfrog website. The item and software have been discontinued in 2018. Keep in mind that you may be prompted to choose some things a few times during the installation, so be patient and stay at your computer until the installation is complete.
